Craftsman Teak Sofa
Average Customer Review:
The Strathwood folding armchair set includes two well-designed folding chairs. They are an elegant way to be ready for extra guests, and the chairs can easily be put away when not in use. Not only are they handy, but they are comfortable, too, and the set arrives fully assembled. Combine these chairs with the Strathwood 28-inch folding table for a great little setting that can be easily stored away. The folding chairs are made of eucalyptus wood, an all-weather wood that is dense and durable. Eucalyptus requires no finishing and will not rot when left outdoors, where rain and sun will damage other, lesser-quality woods. Left untreated, eucalyptus will weather to a soft, warm shade of gray similar to that of weathered teak. The original color can be maintained by applying a seasonal coat of teak oil. Sturdy mortise-and-tenon construction provides the highest-quality joinery, which will last for many years.
Genuine Grade A Teak Wood Stool DIRECT from Indonesia.Beware of other sellers with "genuine" teak products that are made in China.Chinese manufactured 'teak' is really just rubber-wood.If the box says 'made in china', return your product, it's not teak!We know, we bought one of the other chairs on ebay that said 'made in china' on the box. When we had the wood checked, it was not teak.If you're concerned about wood furniture and its effects on the environment, teak is an environmentally friendly product if you go with the right supplier. Teak is native Southeast Asia, and many nations from that area that supply it carefully regulate the harvesting of these trees on plantations to ensure that this valuable natural resource isn't squandered. Indonesia especially is known for their environmental responsibility when it comes to forest management. We use only real teak wood from Plantation Grown Indonesian Teak Forests!Teak is a little more expensive than other outdoor furniture materials, but for good reason. Keep in mind that the teak will likely be the last you will have to buy in your lifetime.
